Who am I?

I am an Advertising student at Appalachian State University with a love for food! I hope to one day work for a non-profit and spread their message to spread goodness. Right now I manage the social media for Marilyn's Sweet Addictions in my hometown of Lincolnton, NC which lets me combine my two loves! No reviews for this post just a short rant! I know the food community prides itself on originality but this issue kills me! Maybe it only bothers me, but seeing innovative ideas passed over for clickbait recipes with avocados hurts! I think that brunch culture has hurt the industry in what it's willing to do. Also, the production of avocados has been stretched to the point where it is hurting the environment. There are so many less problematic foods that deserve to be appreciated.
