No reviews for this post just a short rant! I know the food community prides itself on originality but this issue kills me! Maybe it only bothers me, but seeing innovative ideas passed over for clickbait recipes with avocados hurts! I think that brunch culture has hurt the industry in what it's willing to do. Also, the production of avocados has been stretched to the point where it is hurting the environment. There are so many less problematic foods that deserve to be appreciated.
